Keypoints
- Paper I: This paper focuses on the candidate’s specialized subject area, depending on their educational background. It consists of 200 objective-type questions, carrying a total of 300 marks, with a duration of 3 hours.
- Paper II: Divided into two parts:
- Part A: General Studies, comprising 75 objective-type questions at the Higher Secondary (HSC) standard, totalling 150 marks.
- Part B: Aptitude and Mental Ability Test, consisting of 25 objective-type questions at the Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) standard, totalling 50 marks.
- Total Duration and Marks: The combined duration for both papers is 5 hours, with a total of 500 marks.
- The Educational Qualification and Age Limit are given below.
For Engineering Aspirants: A Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Engineering with not less than sixty Percent of marks. - Generally, 18–32 years, with relaxations for reserved categories as per government norms.
